Aliya made me feel at ease straight away havibg never experienced acupuncture before. She is professional and friendly. I have had two treatments so far and in that time she has managed to get my body into balance and I have also conceived within this time! I will definitely be continuing with acupuncture as I believe it is highly beneficial in all aspects of health.

I first contacted Aliya in Jan 2021 After preparing for an IVF journey, we were ready to relocate to London, I was informed by my IVF clinic that my hormone balance was not where they wanted it to be. I was so disheartened and sent home! On my train journey home I spent my time reading about Accupuncture – and how it could help in balancing hormones and fertility! Then I discovered Aliya, I was absolutely delighted when she confirmed “yes I can help with your FSH level” From the moment I met Aliya I was so comforted in her knowledge and understanding of hormone imbalances and what I needed to achieve in order to start the process. I visited Aliya in Feb 2021 and Within a month of her treatment, Aliya set the foundations for my IVF journey and the clinic were delighted that the levels were lowered! I’ve been seeing Aliya for Accupunture to support my fertility journey since 2018 following a recommendation from a couple of people. By this point I was already into my early 40s and finding it impossible to carry a successful pregnancy. Aliya has an unwavering confidence which never fails and the most wonderful way about her, this combined with her knowledge and expertise makes her a rare find. Through much persistence with IVF and my own eggs which didn’t work I then turned to a donor (even with this route the first two attempts failed), however on the third go and with Aliya’s help I was able to carry a successful pregnancy and now have my incredible and healthy baby boy. Aliya, in my opinion, was a fundamental part of my treatment plan. Her clinics are always spotless and she applies a very personal and professional service to each session. I always feel completely relaxed and recharged after each session and look forward to the next. I think Aliya is a wonderful person and an outstanding professional, this comes from someone who has exacting standards and I therefore would not hesitate to recommend Aliya to anyone.

I have been coming to Ali for 6 years now. The sessions are my little haven of relaxation and I always feel on top of the world. I cannot thank Ali enough for all she has done for me and my family. Originally I came for conceiving my 2nd baby after a miscarriage and he arrived very quickly after my 2nd session. Another 2 babies later…. I cannot recommend acupuncture with Ali enough.

I first saw Ali in July 2020 following a devastating diagnosis of premature ovarian failure in May 2020 at the age of 39. Having had my first child in 2019 it was a dream come true and I longed for a sibling for my daughter. With the diagnosis I was told that I had less than 1% chance of conceiving again and told by four different consultants to use donor eggs as an alternative. I had also suffered with depression/anxiety for years and found it very hard to relax. We did a round of IVF in August 2020 against the advice of the consultants as they didn’t think I would have any (or at least any good quality eggs). But to their surprise they managed to retrieve two eggs. (The IVF consultant had recommended trying acupuncture during the process). Unfortunately the eggs did not fertilise but we agreed to try another round of IVF however just as we were starting the process we found out that we were pregnant naturally! I continued to see Ali until I was 7 weeks pregnant. I now have a 6 month old precious baby boy to complete our family and he really is our little miracle. When I went to see Ali she was very caring and immediately made me feel at ease. With my history of anxiety and depression I found it very difficult to ever relax especially during IVF but this was one thing I was able to do during the sessions. I would have no hesitation in returning to Ali or recommending Ali to anyone. Thank you Ali for helping me on what I initially thought was a hopeless journey! X.

I first went to see Ali in June 2020 after being recommended by someone at my fertility clinic. I was very sceptical at first and wasn’t sure of the benefits but I was prepared to give anything a go for the best chance of getting pregnant. I wanted to make sure my menstrual cycle was in a good situation to accept an embryo and to help me stay fit and healthier. I was surprised at how relaxed I felt during my 1st acupuncture session and when my period came that month I had no spotting, no pain and Ali said this was all good signs ready for pregnancy. The embryo I had put back stuck with the help of having acupuncture before and after my transfer, unfortunately the embryo didn’t stay stuck and resulted in an early miscarriage. I continued with acupuncture and in the build up to my 2nd transfer I was able to relax more and had really got into the swing of acupuncture and the way it made me feel after. I had more regular acupuncture for my next transfer and around the time of my miscarriage last cycle Ali offered a free session to reduce the risk of this happening again. I continued seeing Ali until I was about 9/10 weeks pregnant when after many scans could see the pregnancy progressing. I absolutely loved having acupuncture and would not hesitate to have it again in the future. It particularly helped me to relax, relieve my anxieties and also help combat my early morning sickness and headaches! Thank You Ali.

After 8yrs of unexplained infertility, 7 failed IVF’s and finally 2 children from the last IVF I contacted Aliya to balance my body, in readiness for a new IVF cycle. I was a bit sceptical about the glowing testimonials on the website, but my apprehension was ill-founded. After about 4-5 sessions, I WAS PREGNANT naturally. No need for IVF. I have possible immune factors that prevent embryos from implanting. Aliya balanced and boosted my immune system which I suspect allowed a natural pregnancy to occur. Also my period went from a 31-2 day cycle to a textbook 28 day, with reduced PMT and no spotting. I must add that I was also following a very healthy eating plan (lots of fresh fruit, vegetables and protein) along with supplements for myself and the husband. But without a doubt, the acupuncture played a major part in getting me pregnant. The sessions are very relaxing and not at all painful. And she is just the loveliest person. I have recommended her to all my friends who are also suffering from various fertility issues. Don’t let the costs put you off. She is worth every penny.

I was recommended to see Aliya by a friend following the death of my husband. My husband Mark was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in May 2006 and following many sessions of chemotherapy and two stem cell transplants sadly lost the fight in October 2019. After 30 years of being together with the last 12 of those being married my world fell apart. I first saw Aliya in August 2020 after spending many months in what felt like another world. As soon as I sat down and started talking to Aliya, I knew that I had a chance of getting back to being and feeling more normal. Aliya is a beautiful person and totally understood my situation. My wishes included “not crying all the time” and I wanted to get my mojo back and start feeling better about myself and having more get up and go. After just one session I knew that I had to continue seeing Aliya – the 19th October (my wedding anniversary) and the 22nd October (the day Mark passed away) were approaching and I knew that they were going to tough days and I felt so drained. I saw Aliya on the 24th October and again helped me cope better with how I was feeling. By January 2021 it felt like a real shift had happened in my energy field and I was even talking about planning for new wardrobes, new carpet, new bed etc…. For my bedroom. By February 2021 I felt more “revitalised and re-energised”.Aliya is a brilliant practitioner and is very knowledgeable and I would 100% recommend her to everyone.

I can not recommend Aliya highly enough. I initially saw her for help with vertigo issues but have since been back for various niggles each of which she seems to magically resolve. She takes a lovely holistic approach and a visit to her is a deeply relaxing experience.
